Mr. Claudio R. Benavente

Claudio Benavente is CEO of Pegasus Security Brazil. He is responsible for supporting security strategies, supporting clients' business processes and acting as a consultant in the cybersecurity market. With over 23 years of experience in IT and Information Security, he has worked in the financial market in large banks and in large Telecommunications companies, such as AT&T and Telefónica, in addition to having worked as an Associate Partner at IBM Security and as a Principal Security Advisor at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Claudio was recognized as one of the top cybersecurity leaders in the industry when he earned the Security Leaders Award in 2021, and he is a member of the CyberEdBoard Community and VigiTrust Global Advisory Board.
