Cherron Castillo

Cherron has over 15 years of experience across several industries. Her experience includes extensive facilitation of leaders and individual contributors, customer service, human resources, retail management, leadership coaching, employee relations, training design and development, working with cross- functional groups, cultural awareness, and education. She is a national speaker, facilitator, and content creator. Cherron holds a BBA in HR Management, and a master’s degree in professional development- Management and Communication. She is also Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® certified.
