Beth is responsible for driving member value through the development and execution of global multi-faceted global member engagement programs that foster a deep sense of community for current and future members by delivering ongoing, meaningful and relevant interactions. The programs include, but is not limited to, developing offerings that support current and future members in excelling as professionals, influencing the future of the profession, and making an impact through volunteering and our global chapter network. As Director of Member Engagement, her role is to establish and implement strategies, plans and tactics to grow, engage, retain and support (ISC)² current and future global membership through: fostering and promoting member value through global member benefits and resources developing and supporting volunteer and member engagement opportunities across the enterprise global management of chapters Beth has more than 20 years of demonstrated excellence and proven leadership in membership, program and project management, executive and governance operations, board and committee relations, budgeting and forecasting, systems implementation, large-scale convention planning and meeting logistics. Prior to joining (ISC)², Beth spent more than ten years in association management in various leadership position.
