Ann is the Senior Director of GRC at Dragos where she coordinates Risk Management and Compliance for the organization with over 30 years of experience in Manufacturing, Business Operations, Technology and GRC. Ann’s skillset stems from work across multiple disciplines in many industries, platforms, functions and BUs for fortune 500 companies. Her experience is in security, risk management and compliance including areas of food and feed manufacturing, pharma, genetics, and bio device businesses as well as more traditional corporate audit and technology governance. She is passionate about solving business challenges, process improvement, teaching people how to fish while avoiding phish. Her experience includes developing strategy, solutions, and services to increase corporate and technology risk management maturity. Strengths include business acumen, strategy, risk analysis, team building, cross team partnering, and internal and external reporting.
