Alex Wilson CISSP

Alex Wilson, Director Solutions Engineering for Yubico has been translating complex technical concepts into language that most will understand across his 35-year career within IT. Alex enables people to visualize achievable goals while laying the foundation for robust and valuable outcomes.

Initially in Europe and now located in Australia, in his role with Yubico as Director Solutions Engineering, Alex provides thought leadership and technical knowledge to organisations across Asia Pacific and Japan. In this role, he advises leading organisations on Enterprise Authentication strategies and adoption, and helps his clients secure their identity and information through strong security.

In previous roles, Alex has designed and implemented successful and innovative Security projects and is an active member of various Security Associations. He closely follows security, mobility and Internet of Things and has held the ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification since Aug 2006 and achieved ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) in 2020.
